Request kit — 1 credit: Unlocks the full kit for a case: drafted letter, agency contact, fees, timelines, denial risk. Unlocked once, yours forever.
Instant download — 3 credits: Skip the wait: download footage we already obtained, with the request paper trail on file. Re-downloads are free.
Viral clip pack — 3 credits: Five ranked vertical clips with captions burned in, cut from a finished video. Producer and Studio.
Rollover & expiry: Unused credits roll over, capped at 2× your monthly grant. Each month’s credits expire 90 days after they’re granted; oldest are spent first.

Records requests are lower-profile through CSC than on public request platforms, but they are never private — requests themselves are public records. Footage delivery depends on agency response and is subject to redaction or denial under state law.
